Education

Ms. Spivack earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.  While at UCLA, Ms. Spivack competed in national debate competitions and was captain of the UCLA debate team.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law.  While at USD, Ms. Spivack was actively involved in Moot Court and was part of the national team.

Nadya Yael Spivack Associate Areas of Practice Ms. Spivack is an associate of Dillon & Gerardi, APC.  Her areas of practice include business litigation, employment law, securities fraud, personal injury, intellectual property, and real estate matters.  Additionally, Ms. Spivack assists the firm’s clients in developing policies to avoid litigation. Representative Matters Successfully represented clients before the California Labor Board in wage claim matters. Assisted in obtaining a $750,000 judgment for a corporate client in a breach of contract matter. Assisted in representing a medical products company in obtaining a $650,000 judgment, including the foreclosure on an patent Assisted several clients in bringing actions for the sale and purchase of real estate property with respect to nondisclosure, fraud, and breach of contract.
