Ms. Ahuja earned her Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from University of California, Irvine and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, School of Law in 2002. While in law school Ms. Ahuja was an intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission where she gained valuable experience in federal securities practice.

Ms. Ahuja is an associate at Dillon & Gerardi, APC. Her areas of practice include civil litigation, including shareholder derivative lawsuits, securities fraud, intellectual property litigation, employment and general business litigation. Additionally, Ms. Ahuja has participated in several transactional matters, including various private financings and public stock issuances.
Representative Matters
Successfully represented the largest non-profit South Asian organization in the United States in enforcement of its trademark claims in Federal Court.
Represented and assisted in the strategic planning of a complex shareholder derivative lawsuit.
Represented and counseled one of Southern California’s largest suppliers of freight management software technology in connection with all litigation matters.
Represented several clients in negotiations with state securities commissioners, concerning issues of potential violations of both federal and state securities laws.
